Angela Mech and Allison Gardner, UMaine experts on browntail moths and ticks, along with “We Change With Them” exhibit artist Jennifer Steen Booher, will be on the back deck, ready to talk about their work with these harmful-to-human species.

“We Change With Them” is a six-image series by Booher that explores shifting ecosystem dynamics resulting from climate change in the Gulf of Maine.

The exhibit and speaker series were funded by the Maine Humanities Council and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and are part of the Landscape of Change project, the Historical Society's joint initiative with Acadia National Park, Schoodic Institute, the Mount Desert Island Biological Laboratory, College of the Atlantic, and A Climate to Thrive.
